To clarify for anyone reading: Order #24306 was delivered successfully, and the issue you’re referencing appears to relate to a different, newer shipment.

Regarding that newer shipment:

Shipping Insurance was not selected at checkout. Our optional insurance is what covers events like loss, theft, or seizure, but it must be selected and paid for during purchase.
Insurance cannot be added after an order ships. Once a label is created and the package is in transit, we’re unable to retroactively apply coverage.
We ship with standard hemp compliance documentation, and COAs and supporting product documentation are available on our website on each product page. We also document compliance details through our UPS account and carrier documentation process.
We are currently waiting for UPS to provide the official details related to the law enforcement hold so we can understand exactly what occurred and what options (if any) exist from the carrier side.
Additionally, if a buyer chooses to ship to a restricted area/jurisdiction, that responsibility remains with the purchaser. As documented on our website, restricted-destination issues are not something Frisco Labs can cover with insurance or reshipment.
Because insurance was not added, and the product has already been paid out to vendors and processed, we’re not able to reship at no cost in this scenario. That said, we’re still actively working with UPS to get the most accurate update possible, and we’ll share any actionable next steps as soon as the carrier responds.
