FriscoLabs Refund & Return Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and strict sanitary regulations designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect our staff and customers, FriscoLabs does NOT offer refunds or exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges are also not available for items or coupons purchased through third-party dealers or resellers, and such purchases void all warranties.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Items are unused and unopened

  • Items remain in their original, undamaged packaging

  • Items are in the same condition as when you received them

Any alteration to the packaging or product will void the return.

If approved, exchanges for items of equal value are allowed, limited to one exchange per 90 days.


Refunds

  • All approved refunds incur a 30% restocking fee.

  • Shipping and transaction fees are deducted from refunds.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible.

  • Refundable items must be postmarked within 72 hours of delivery.

  • All international sales are final and non-refundable.


Shipping & Liability

We ship economy items via USPS (10 days delivery estimate, untrackable).
Once shipped with USPS confirmation, the package is out of our control.
FriscoLabs is not responsible for lost, stolen, undeliverable, seized, damaged, defective, or DOA items shipped via USPS. This includes all food and perishable products. All such sales are final.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Oral hygiene and personal care products


How to Return an Item

To return a product, please:

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be given for:

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Opened items

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts (unless our error)

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank as refunds may take time to process.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange, email us at info@FriscoLabs.com.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after we receive the returned item.
If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them and they will be notified.


Important Shipping Recommendation

For returns of items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or theft. FriscoLabs is not responsible for lost or stolen returned packages.
