Who is Frisco Labs?
Frisco Labs is a California-based online hemp company offering premium THCA flower and hemp-derived products.
We focus on transparent product information, third-party testing, and reliable fulfillment.
Do you have a physical storefront or local delivery?
Frisco Labs is online-only. We do not offer in-person pickup or local delivery.
All orders ship via carriers with tracking.
What products do you sell?
We offer THCA flower, select hemp-derived edibles, concentrates, and vape products (availability rotates).

Are your product photos real?
Yes — photos reflect real batches. Natural variation in color, size, density, aroma, and structure is normal
because hemp is an agricultural product.
What’s the difference between flower, smalls, shake, and trim?
- Flower: full-sized buds
- Smalls: smaller buds with similar general profile
- Shake: loose flower material (may include small pieces)
- Trim: leaf material (not flower)
How should I store flower?
Store in an airtight container, away from heat, light, and humidity.
Proper storage helps preserve freshness and aroma over time.
Is THCA flower legal?
Hemp-derived products are generally sold under federal guidelines when compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill.
State and local rules can vary and may change — customers are responsible for confirming local regulations before ordering.

Will THCA get me high?
THCA itself is typically considered non-intoxicating. When heated, THCA may convert into Delta-9 THC,
which can produce intoxicating effects.
Can hemp products cause a failed drug test?
Yes. Hemp products may contain trace cannabinoids that could trigger a positive drug test.
If you’re subject to testing, we recommend not using these products.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. Products are supported by third-party testing (COAs). COAs verify cannabinoid content and help confirm compliance.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from California.
How long does processing take?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
Does my order include tracking?
Yes. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
Why does tracking say “Label Created”?
After a label is created, carriers may take 24–72 hours to scan the package into their system (especially during high-volume periods).
Delivered but not received — what should I do?
Please check around the delivery area (front door, mailbox, leasing office, neighbors) and contact the carrier to open a delivery trace.
If you purchased shipping protection, we can help guide next steps once carrier confirmation is available.
Why was my payment declined or my funds held?
Some banks/processors may decline or place temporary authorization holds.
Holds are typically released by your bank within 2–8 business days.
For best results, make sure your billing name/address matches your payment method.
Do you require shipping protection / insurance?
Shipping protection is strongly recommended, and may be required for higher-value orders.
- Orders over $1,000 may require mandatory protection
- Protection must be selected at checkout (it can’t be added after shipment)
- Carrier outcomes and documentation may be required for claim review
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Can I mix strains in a wholesale order?
Mixing strains may be possible depending on live inventory.
For larger orders, contact us first so we can confirm availability and options.
What is your return policy?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, items must be unopened and unused,
